Returns, Exchanges, Store Credit:
At this time I do not offer refunds but if you're not in love with your jewelry, for some items I do offer exchanges or store credit.
Custom Jewelry: Custom Jewelry is any unique piece that was special made with a single (or multiple) person(s) in mind, therefore it can not be subject to returns, exchanges, or store credit. This includes hand carved jewelry and customized jewelry. If repairs are needed due to craftsmanship or quality issues please message me and I will work to fix anything that does not fall under normal wear and tear.
Ready To Ship Items: Since each ready to ship piece is handmade and unique, returns are not allowed. If you are not in love with your jewelry you may exchange the piece for something else of equal value or less, or for store credit to use in the future. Merchandise outside of 30 days of purchase cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
International Shipping & Fees: I ship to nearly every country that USPS and UPS service across the globe! If you are an international customer (outside the US) there will be no taxes added at check out. Taxes, VAT, or import taxes will be the billed to the customer when your item arrives to the destination country.
Ring Sizing: Sizes can be selected for rings upon purchase. In the event your desired ring size is not displayed please email or message to have it added. Some ring sizes may incur an additional charge for the addition of gold/materials.
Necklace Chain Length: If the necklace you received is too long, or too short, you may reach out to exchange the chain with one of the same karat quality within 30 days of purchase. Please note that some necklace lengths could incur an additional charge.
General Repairs: Repairs needed that fall within normal wear on your jewelry will incur a small charge. A consultation will be needed to diagnose issues and assess the best fix for your piece.
Outside Jewelry Repair: You are very welcome to take your jewelry to your local jeweler to have it worked on! I will still gladly work on your original piece afterwards if you'd like to send it to me.
Split Payments: Split payments are not refundable. Store credit and transfers are allowed on ready to ship items, or customs that have not been cast/materials purchased yet only.
Items Lost/Stolen During Shipping: If an item is shown as lost or stolen during shipping, with no delivery, then you may request a refund or store credit of the item. A claim will be filed and once the shipping agent clears the claim against your lost package then you will be issued a refund, or store credit. Returns will be subject to the claim processing timelines of the shipping agent. After refunds are issued, it may take 10-24 days for funds to appear back to your original payment method.
Loss or Theft of Jewelry: Loss or theft of your jewelry is not covered in any instance. I highly recommend getting an insurance policy on your personal jewelry so that you can enjoy your jewelry without remorse in the event of loss or theft.
